Which devices do you work on?

Do I need an appointment?
No — we're a walk-in shop at 179-03B Union Turnpike in Fresh Meadows. Booking ahead just means we can have your part ready, which usually makes it faster.
Do you offer a warranty?
Every repair carries a 90-day warranty on parts and workmanship. If something we replaced fails within that window, bring it back and we'll put it right at no charge.
Is this done in the store, or remotely?
Everything is done in person, in our store. We do not offer remote technical support and we will never ask for remote access to your device, your accounts or your computer. You hand us the device, we do the work here, you collect it.
Do you unlock phones or modify software?
No. We don't carrier-unlock phones, bypass activation or account locks, or jailbreak or modify device software. We do hardware repair and standard software restoration only.
Is my data safe during a repair?
Yes. We only access what's needed to test the repair, and we recommend backing up before any service. For screen and battery work your data isn't touched at all. If your device won't start we also offer data recovery.
